We're bummed for this well-meaning Texas quintet: They keep releasing elegant, sharply composed pop albums'"2005's Room Noises being the latest'"but never seem to flag down the zeitgeist. Will they stumble across the right Combination this time? Frontlady Sherri DuPree (recently engaged to one of the brahs from New Found Glory) has a matter-of-fact drawl not unlike Jenny Lewis of Rilo Kiley. Their audiences are big enough to share, aren't they?
