Loudon's great 2024 show in London was recorded and includes new material of his own and some perfectly executed cover versions of songs by others. In 2024 Loudon played a short residency at Nell's Jazz and Blues in London. Because the shows were being recorded, alongside some of his current favorites, he took the opportunity to include some brand-new material of his own and a few perfectly executed cover versions of songs by others that he has admired over the years. The twenty-one tracks that made it onto this album make it an essential addition to the three previously released live albums that dot the discography of his fifty-plus-year recording career. As can be expected this is a fine example of the man doing what he does best. It is another chapter in this remarkable life that's been preserved to the artist's satisfaction to the extent that he is happy to share it with the world in the form of this NEW release. Loudon's first live album in over twenty years. Loudon's son, Rufus Wainwright, does a duet with his father on "Out Of This World"!

This year, Yves did Yves, and Ha Sooyoung did Ha Sooyoung. The label “former LOONA member” is no longer needed. With the spring EP "LOOP" and summer single "Tik Tok", Yves confidently established herself as a solo artist.
Earlier, Yves shared her journey toward inner peace and a desire to explore musical diversity. Less than half a year later, she’s ready to reveal a new side. Releasing on November 14, "I Did" conveys the emotions Yves experienced while seeking peace, expressing a deep inner self that may or may not exist. This time, it feels like Yves is acting out a drama or revealing hidden parts of herself.
Once again, executive produced by MILLIC from
PAIX PER MIL, with tracks split between MILLIC and IOAH, the album blends their unique sound with Yves’ dreamy vocals. PAIX PER MIL crafted this project as scenes rather than just songs, paying special attention to the music video, album art, and styling to create a deep, sensory experience. MILLIC shared, “Yves enjoyed creating this world together, and I hope we can show her as a singer-songwriter someday.”
Through "I Did", Yves invites fans and music lovers to experience the music she truly wanted to make, her ambition, and the voice she sought, without holding back. Now, she’s finally doing it.

Pure Smokey was William "Smokey" Robinson's second solo album after leaving The Miracles. It was issued on Motown's Tamla label in 1974 and presents mostly songs composed by Robinson along with Marv Tarplin, another ex-Miracle who joined Robinson in California after leaving the group. Marv didn't only assist Smokey, he wrote, played guitar, toured, etc. Hits from the album include, "I Am I Am" (#6 R&B), "Virgin Man" (#12 R&B), and "It's Her Turn To Live," a tribute to mothers co-written by Tarplin (#29 R&B).
